Wang Hongfei, head of Guangxi Ningming Jinming International Trade Development Co., Ltd., said the company worked with border inspection, customs and local commerce authorities to launch emergency clearance overnight Monday. The operation cleared backlogged vehicles and helped traders avert nearly 200-million-yuan ($29.5 million) worth of cargo losses.
