一 |     　　广州8月22日电 (张璐 余冰冰)记者22日从广州市总工会获悉，“十四五”以来，广州市产业工人队伍规模、结构和素质全面提升，广州市技能人才总量从353万人增长到431万人，其中高技能人才169万人，总量居广东省第一、全国前列，占技能人才比例从35.07%提升至39.21%。

四 | 　　据了解，在技能培训方面，广州建设294家“羊城技能加油站”并发布线上培训课程，打造“15分钟技能培训服务圈”，年培训超24万人次，2026年上半年广州市总工会直属单位开展“人工智能+”专题培训127场次，覆盖职工近6万人次。近五年市级层面“求学圆梦行动”共投入4000多万元，补助2.8万人次职工求学深造。　　在工匠培育方面，工匠培育“登攀计划”构建起金字塔式人才梯队，培育大国工匠3名、南粤工匠培育对象21名、羊城工匠培育对象180名、各级各类工匠2000余名。
